| 无纺布的特点 Characteristics of non-woven fabrics 非织造布突破了传统的纺织原理，并具有工艺流程短、生产速度快，产量高、成本低、用途广、原料来源多等特点。无纺布的用途·它的主要用途大致可分为： Nonwovens break through the traditional textile principle, and have the characteristics of short technological process, fast production, high yield, low cost, wide use, and many sources of raw materials. The uses of nonwovens can be broadly divided into: (1)医疗、卫生用无纺布：手术衣、防护服、消毒包布、口罩、尿片、民用抹布、擦拭布、湿面巾、魔术毛巾、柔巾卷、美容用品、卫生巾、卫生护垫及一次性卫生用布等； (1) Medical and hygienic non-woven fabrics: operating clothes, protective clothing, disinfection cloth, mask, diaper, civil dishcloth, wipe cloth, wet facial towel, magic towel, soft towel roll, beauty products, sanitary towel, sanitary pad and disposable sanitary cloth, etc. (2)家庭装饰用无纺布：贴墙布、台布、床单、床罩等； (2) home decoration with non-woven fabrics: wall covering, tablecloth, sheets, bedspreads and so on; (3)服装用无纺布：衬里、粘合衬、絮片、定型棉、各种合成革底布等； (3) non-woven fabrics for clothing: lining, adhesive lining, floc, stereotyped cotton, all kinds of synthetic leather backing cloth, etc. (4)工业用无纺布；过滤材料、绝缘材料、水泥包装袋、土工布、包覆布等； (4) industrial non-woven fabrics; filtering materials, insulating materials, cement packaging bags, geotextiles, coated fabrics, etc. (5)农业用无纺布：作物保护布、育秧布、灌溉布、保温幕帘等； (5) agricultural non-woven fabrics: crop protection cloth, seedling raising cloth, irrigation cloth, thermal curtain, etc. (6)其它无纺布：太空棉、保温隔音材料、吸油毡、烟过滤嘴、袋包茶袋等。 (6) other non-woven fabrics: Space cotton, thermal insulation and sound insulation materials, oil absorbing felt, smoke filter, bag and tea bag. 无纺布的种类 Types of non-woven fabrics 无纺布根据生产工艺的不同可以分为： Non-woven fabrics can be classified into: 1、水刺无纺布：是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上，使纤维相互缠结在一起，从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力。 1. spunlaced nonwoven fabrics: high-pressure fine water is sprayed into one or more layers of fiber mesh, so that the fiber intertwined, so that the fiber mesh can be strengthened and have a certain strength. 2、热合无纺布：是指在纤网中加入纤维状或粉状热熔粘合加固材料，纤网再经过加热熔融冷却加固成布。 2. Spunbonded nonwoven fabrics: after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments, the filament is laid into a network, which is then bonded by itself, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement to make the network into nonwoven fabrics. 6、熔喷无纺布：其工艺过程：聚合物喂入---熔融挤出---纤维形成---纤维冷却---成网---加固成布。 6. Melt-blown nonwovens: its process: polymer feeding - - melt extrusion - - fiber formation - - fiber cooling - - Network - - reinforced into cloth. 7、针刺无纺布：是干法无纺布的一种，针刺无纺布是利用刺针的穿刺作用，将蓬松的纤网加固成布。 7. Needle-punched nonwoven fabric: is a kind of dry nonwoven fabric, needle-punched nonwoven fabric is the use of needle puncture effect, will be fluffy fiber mesh reinforced into cloth. 8、缝编无纺布：是干法无纺布的一种，缝编法是利用经编线圈结构对纤网、纱线层、非纺织材料（例如塑料薄片、塑料薄金属箔等）或它们的组合体进行加固，以制成无纺布。 8. Sewing non-woven fabric: is a dry non-woven fabric, sewing method is the use of warp-knitted coil structure to reinforce the network, yarn layer, non-woven materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foil, etc.) or their combination to make non-woven fabric. |
