第一步针刺无纺布是以涤纶、丙纶原料制造,经粗梳、精梳、预针刺,主针刺。中心加网布夹层,再经双道核理,气流成网针刺复合成布,后压滤布具有三维结构,经热定型。

第二步烧毛后,在表面最经化学油剂处理,使滤布外表光滑,微孔分布均匀,从表面看该产品的密度好,两面表面光洁和透气程度较好,在板框压缩机上过滤使用证明,可使用高强压力,过滤精度高达4微米以内,可根据用户需要提供丙纶和涤纶两种原料。

实践证明无纺过滤布在板框压滤时性能更好:例选煤厂的煤泥处理,钢铁厂废水处理。在啤酒厂、印染厂废水处理。如用其他规格滤布都会出现滤饼压不干,又难以脱落的问题,用无纺滤布后,滤饼在滤机压力到达10kg-12kg时就相当干燥,而滤机开框时滤饼会自动脱落。用户在选择无纺滤布时,主要根据透气量,过滤精度、伸长率等来考虑不同厚度、质量的无纺滤布,产品参数请点涤纶针刺毡和丙纶针刺毡,规格品种均可制定。
